Industrial Hygiene Forensics of Americus, LLC (IH-FoA, we, us, or our) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through ih-foa.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what your browser shares automatically while you visit.
- Form submissions. When you submit a contact or quote request, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, state, service of interest, and any message you include.
- Newsletter signups. When you subscribe to IH & Compliance Insights, we collect your name and email address.
- Site usage data. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors move through the site. This includes approximate location, device type, browser, pages viewed, and time on site.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you asked about
- To send the monthly newsletter if you have subscribed
- To follow up on quotes and service requests
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site accordingly
- To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations where applicable
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run automated systems that make decisions about you.
Analytics and Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which relies on cookies to measure traffic and behavior. The data Google collects is pseudonymous, meaning it is tied to a device or browser identifier rather than your name, though it is not fully anonymous in the way that term is sometimes used.
Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted. When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics stays off until you choose to accept it, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data and revisiting. You can also opt out using the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Form submissions are collected and stored by Netlify, our hosting and forms provider. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own Analytics terms. Both providers may process data on servers outside your home state. Netlify's practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, so they can perform the function we use them for, or when required by law, court order, or valid legal process.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access. Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correction. Ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Deletion. Ask us to remove your contact or subscriber record from our active files
- Unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes an opt out link, or you can contact us directly
- California residents. If applicable, you may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of information we hold and to request deletion. Contact us to make a request
We will confirm any deletion or correction request within 30 days.
How Long We Keep Information
Form and newsletter data is kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain your subscription. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active records within 30 days and notify our providers to do the same. Analytics data follows Google's 14 month retention window described above.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form data is transmitted and stored through Netlify's encrypted infrastructure. No online system is completely immune to risk, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
Children's Privacy
This site is built for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update. Please check back periodically.
